Natural Birthing, at Have the Birth You Want

I’m so excited to be creating this community for women who want to talk about pregnancy and natural birthing and pain-free birth!

My name is Dr. Nadine Romain (the doctor part is from a PhD in Biological Experimental Sciences!) I’m a yoga instructor, a doula, and a hypnotherapist who has spent many years now teaching women how to have a pregnancy and birthing process that is beautiful, natural, and pain-free (or really close, at least )

On this site we’ll look at natural birthing video tips, there will be audio posts with some hypno-stuff, and fun links to great natural birthing articles and hypno-birthing info.
